fillderma is a two-step system
1. Serum: Serum containing dehydrated spheres of collagen with hydrophilic properties that capture and retain great amounts of water.
2. Activating gel: Fast absorbed fluid gel with regenerating complex.
When these two products are in contact, the spheres that were initially dehydrated, are progressively rehydrated and start capturing both the water within the activator gel and the water evaporating from the skin (transepidermal water loss).
The regenerating complex is responsible for the increase in thickness of the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue.
